Christmas break, no class!

I forgot to hand out a note last Saturday. Showed as below:

Dear Parents and Guardians, We will be having a Chinese New Years Assembly on January 17, 2009. The yearbook committee will be organizing a silent auction for this assembly. If you are interested you can donate some items for this activity. Anything would be good. The committee will decide a reasonable base price for each item that you have donated. All money raised will be going to the 2008-2009 yearbook. Please bring in the items by January 10, 2009. This is a great way to get rid of the old items in your homes! Thank you, London Chinese School 亲爱的家长们, 伦敦中文学校将在2009年1月十七日举办春节联欢会。在这次联欢会上我们会进行沉默拍卖会。如果您有兴趣的话，您可以捐献一些物品(任意)。中文学校的校友会成员们将会为每个物品标上适当的基价。这些钱会捐献给2008年及2009年的校友册。请您务必在一月十日把物品带到中文学校。这样您就可以把您家里不用的物品清除一下了! 谢谢， 伦敦中文学校
